Upgrading the New TNEC skates (Fixing Clack and Turning Phat)
This is a rather difficult mod it takes a couple hours. The project difficulty is a 8/10. If you have any questions put them in the comments. I’m going to make a more detailed review soon. You can get the three-quarter inch screws at Home Depot and most skate shops sell razor hardware for the soul plates. Rollerblade blank hardware worked for the front six screws as well. I’ve been skating for a long time, I like Skates that have a solid thud sound. I use those clacking Sounds to diagnose if anything is malfunctioning. I recently got all of the PS2 stuff for free because my stepfather went to an assisted living facility for dementia.  Most of the games that were returned were sports games. These came out clean! I recently bought some fifth elements in really good condition but the buckle strap snapped, this tutorial will come in handy. Do you know if the new roces buckle would work? Seems like they would fit

I added a small pad for extra ankle bone protection and a heel pad for these clips. Otherwise it’s the stock TNEC 58 . Size medium which is a size 9-9.5 us.

@@airdolphin fair enough g. I'll take your word for it. I keep hearing good things about the tnec, so I might give them a go as they are. The standard soul plate is so good, but the boot is a bit uncomfortable so i keep thinking of what other boots the soul might fit on.
